Differentiate unbuffered parts

Native HTML audio progress bar offers a hint about how much of the audio has been loaded. It would be nice if wavesurfer provided that hint too, by lowering a bit the opacity of the data which has not yet been buffered or maybe having an option for buffered color along with waveColor and progressColor.
