Initial action requires more permissions #20
Description
When I tried to use this template I received this error message
remote: Permission to Peanut16/kb_bedtools.git denied to github-actions[bot].
fatal: unable to access 'https://github.com/Peanut16/kb_bedtools.git/': The requested URL returned error: 403
This SO question has a workaround, but the action should be fixed to request the necessary permissions.
