Uninitialized values in make deploy

Running the "make deploy" process appears to work fine, but throws two Perl errors:

Use of uninitialized value $spec in pattern match (m//) at /kb/runtime/lib/perl5/5.16.0/Module/Build/Base.pm line 1641.
Use of uninitialized value $spec in split at /kb/runtime/lib/perl5/5.16.0/Module/Build/Base.pm line 1644.

These are warnings from within the installer, however it doesn't effect the installation. I can look around to see if I can get rid of the warnings.
