In the livestream view, we create a livestream firstly and then add a webrtc audience. If there's a time gap between the two steps, the video& audio viewed will have a latency.

The latency has a positive correlation with the time gap.

One solution is to set the properity of nicesink in webrtcbin (sync=false)
