Filter panel is overcrowded and lacks intuitive mobile adaptation

Description
Filter panel (right-side slideout): date range slider, status/type dropdowns, Apply/Clear/Reset buttons. But packed tightly; slider has old dates (2023), no presets beyond "Last 30 days", no search within filters. On mobile, slideout would cover entire screen without easy close.

Impact
Users struggle to narrow history → frustration when reviewing many txns (common in active wallets).
