Do we have any other Window user who is experiencing the same thing?

@JawwadAlam do you have chrome installed on your machine?

@khattakdev, yes, I have Chrome installed on my machine.

I have just tried on a fresh instance of Windows Sandbox, after installing VS Code, Chrome and Extension, it gave me the same error:

I have following version of Chrome installed on this Sandbox:

I have restarted the machine, and now I can capture successfully. May be this extension needs VS Code restart after installation?

What's the output of the following for you:

  • Uninstall the extension
  • Reload the VS Code
  • Install the extension
  • Try it (without reloading)
  • If it doesn't work, reload VScode and try again

I followed these steps:

  • Uninstalled the extension
  • Reloaded the VS Code
  • Installed the extension
  • Tried it - It worked
