• Trigger: Kiro IDE crash mid-conversation while creating the unified video processing dashboard spec (merging 4 admin pages into one cohesive system)
• Context: User requested a unified video processing dashboard that consolidates bits and pieces scattered across 4 different admin pages from the TikTok and OnlyFans clone projects. Was in the process of creating the spec design document.
• Data Lost: Conversation context, spec creation progress
• Impact: User extremely frustrated. Repeated crashes continue to destroy productivity.
