Update mdbook #11
Description
If we want to update mdbook, we probably have to do some simple adjustments to the logo integration. It is the easiest to get the original index.hbs (from here for the current version, make sure to use the correct tag for the according version!) and put back the parts that we need to adjust. I did this already here: kit-data-manager/metadata-management-cookbook#1
