Long filter results in big scroll area

Describe the bug
Report form a team mate: If you use a long filter f.e. a lot of Kitodo-IDs (like 100) to filter for them and you want to remove this filter after your work is done you must scroll a long time until you can reach the "x" to clear the filter.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Enter a long filter expression (like a search for 100 Kitodo IDs)
2. Apply the filter
3. Do some work with the result list
4. Try to clear the filter by using the "x" button on the right side of the used filter.

Expected behavior
2 possibilities:

1. Move the "x" to the left side of the filter expression so it is always visible in depended of how long the filter expression itself is
2. Or shorten the display of the used filter expression. F.e show only the first 10 to 20 characters, then a " ... " to display that there is more and finally the last 5 to 10 characters of the filter expression.
