I folk vil vi nå ha en oversikt over endringer i konsulenter over tid. Per nå kan vi finne disse dataene delvis gjennom ubw_per_project_data, men ettersom dette sammensetter mengder employees for hver workorder og en konsulent kan være gjennom flere av disse vil man ikke kunne finne riktig tall ved addering. Lager derfor nytt api hvor employees og hours vises for hver customer for alle workorders
