Config file settings?

Your readme doesn't make clear what settings are needed in a config file in order to run the app. Is it possible to explain this? Otherwise running the server crashes...

Not sure what the norm is here. I am surprised this has not been flagged up as a problem before. The stuff in the config file is meant to be hidden from the public (it contains the github api key). Obvs if you are interested I can gitter it to you (but our app is broken anyway)
