gnss config name

I think there is an small conflict with the gnss config file name

code looks for:
gnss_global_config_path=.../config_gnss_global.json
failed to open .../config_gnss_global.json

when in the repo tehre is only
https://github.com/koide3/glim_ext/blob/master/config/config_gnss.json
