Problems with special character in generated excel

Hi, I find an error with encoding special character in the excel.
I would like to write the italian word priorità but in the excel there is the word priorit�
<td ng-if="disclosure" ng-show ="cashFlowsTable.myShowFlag" data-title="'I9: priorità della garanzia'">{{::cashFlow.i9Pgar}}</td>
Anyone know how can I avoid this problem?
I use Internet Explorer 11 and I must open the file with excel.
