Expected Behavior

insomnia should work properly. needs to run as normal

Insomnia version: 13.2.0
OS: Windows
GPU: AMD Radeon(TM) Graphics
Driver: 32.0.21045.5002
Driver date: 2026-08-17

GPU process exited unexpectedly: exit_code=-2147483645
GPU process isn't usable. Goodbye.

Insomnia is not opening, when we checked the logs , we find the issue. we tried with gpu rendering OFF aswell.

Hey, let me know if disabling GPU helps.

Windows
1. Find the Insomnia shortcut. The shortcut is on the desktop or in the Start Menu.
2. Right-click the shortcut. Select "Properties".
3. Find the "Target" field.
4. Go to the end of the text in the Target field.
5. Add one space. Then add this text: --disable-gpu
6. Click "OK".
7. Start Insomnia with this shortcut.

Example Target field:

"C:\Users\<name>\AppData\Local\Insomnia\Insomnia.exe" --disable-gpu
