I think --flow and --trail are always required (trail can be not required if --fignerprint is provided)
- attestation name can include dot notation for artifact-name.attestation-name
- fingerprint is optional. if provided, the latest artifact with that fingerprint in the flow is used (no need for a trail, but maybe it can be considered if provided?)
