[Q] Creating a list divided into subcategories

I need to display a search filter box where the content and the list below it are divided into categories. Is it possible to implement this with this package? If so, I would appreciate seeing an example implementation.

with current package version there's no possible way to add a custom widget on top of the expansion list
I'll plan this update it will be a good feature to add
