Group Input Field Should Not Be Mandatory While Creating a New User

Issue Description

In Krayin CRM, while creating a new user, the Group input field is mandatory, preventing user creation if no group is selected. However, assigning a group should be optional, as not all users need to belong to a specific group immediately.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Settings in Krayin CRM.
2. Click on Users.
3. Click Create New User.
4. Fill in all required details except the Group field.
5. Try to save the user.

Expected Result

• The system should allow creating a user without selecting a group.
• The Group field should be optional.

Actual Result

• The system requires selecting a group before saving the user.
• Users who do not belong to a group cannot be created.

fix(user-form): enforce group selection when 'Group' view permission is selected

Added validation to make Group selection mandatory when View Permission is set to Group.

If no groups exist, display a message:
"No groups available. Please create a group first."

Introduced an inline option to create a group directly from the user creation form for improved UX and smoother workflow.
