Title

User is able to add leads using PDF via Magic AI even when the Magic AI option is disabled

Issue Description

Even after disabling the Magic AI feature in the system settings, users are still able to upload a PDF file during lead creation, and the system continues to extract and populate lead data from the PDF. This behavior violates the expected functionality—Magic AI should not process or extract any data when it is turned off.

Preconditions

• Krayin CRM Version:
• Laravel Version:
• Commit ID:
• Magic AI: Disabled in Settings

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to Settings > Magic AI and disable the feature.
2. Go to Leads > Create Lead.
3. Upload a PDF file with contact/lead information.
4. Observe that the data is still extracted and filled in the form.

Expected Result

When Magic AI is disabled:

• The PDF upload should be ignored or blocked.
• No data should be extracted from uploaded files.

Actual Result

Even with Magic AI disabled:

• Users can upload PDFs.
• The system extracts and fills lead fields using the PDF content.

The doc generation toggler is responsible for enabling and disabling AI leads generation.

Currently, the DOC Generation feature has a separate enable toggle. However, this feature depends entirely on the Magic AI being configured (i.e., a valid OpenRouter API key must be entered). Without entering the Magic AI credentials, the DOC Generation functionality does not work.

To avoid confusion and improve UX, it’s recommended to combine the DOC Generation toggle into the main Magic AI Enable switch. This ensures that DOC Generation is only enabled when Magic AI is active and properly configured.
