Newest releases on PyPI don't have binary wheels for Windows #215

Hi there, first of all I really love this project! None of the other solutions, which I found, offer such a neat combination of feature completeness with the nice ergonomics of a PyPI-distributed package. Keep up the good work! :)
Now PyPI is also where my issue lies: I noticed that I cannot install the newest 2 releases (0.10.1 and 0.10.1.post1) of Klampt on my machine via pip, as they do not contain binary wheels for Windows. Is there a specific reason behind this omission and if so, can I help in any way to fix the problem? I have quite good Python skills and know the basics of C++ dev. (Though rusty, hence the strong wish for precompiled wheels 🙃). Anyways, let me know if so.
