[ Feature Request ] allow disabling ai generated chapters

Describe the enhancement & expected behavior.

you could check the description for time codes, and if there are none, turn off the chapters. i don't think there is a way to add chapters without adding time codes, so this should work

I saw this the day it was posted but forgot to comment on it. This would be an interesting feature to add; the only thing is I'd have to figure out how to make a whole progress bar out of the split-up one when there's chapters.
