feature request : user defined websocket event callbacks and non-blocking debug

When debugging locally an algorithm or several algorithms we want an option to wait for all web socket to connect to hkube
and then automatically start a pipe line.
currently we don't have built in option to do so

we would like an option to add user defined call back for events in the python-wrapper module to do so

also we would like a non blocking option flag for the debug script so we could do more actions after connecting to the hkube, and then manually wait for the thread/websocket
