• fix(conformance): remove the inferenceObjective dependency compeletely. #1477? change in conformance suite (removal of dependency on InferenceObjective).
• pin vllm gpu image #1479 (vllm gpu image above 0.8.5 doesn't work properly, see the PR for more details).
• cleanup: make port definitions symmetric and clean endpointPickerRef.port #1484
• if request id was not supplied in header, generate uuid #1490
• fix quickstart guide helm version #1493 alike (we don't have this in the release script, so we either do it manually or update the script. opened issue in release script should update automatically the helm chart version used in the quickstart guide #1494).
• update the quickstart guide to install the right CRDs (revert docs: match Inference Extension CRDs #1377)

For conformance tests:

1. fix(conformance): remove the inferenceObjective dependency compeletely. #1477 (@nirrozenbaum also mentioned this in the above comment)
2. feat(conformance): Use CRD annotation to populate the ConformanceReport GatewayAPIInferenceExtensionVersion #1214 this is created long before to automatically populate the CRD version for conformance report. However back in v0.5.1 release, we don't have the version annotation in the CRD. In v1.0, we believe we have it now.
3. (updated) fix(conformance) add endpointConfig port in conformance test for v1 as it's required for service kind now. #1499
