Hello, it is nice to have you such a decent work to this field but I am still confused about something in the ReadMe file.
For single view training and testing, the argument dataset_class is set to align_ct_xray_std, which provides biplanar Xrays as the input. But that seems to have conflict when users use SingleView EncoderDecoder to train. Instead, I think this should be set as align_ct_xray after I read the code you wrote.
