I'm appreciated the project of which the code is well-written and easy to read. However, I still have some questions. This line shows the LIDC-IDRI have mask file.

  • What is the role of the mask file? (Isn't it convert the raw mhd file to X-rays?)
  • Could we just ignore bedstriping()?
  • How to get the mask file? or it is just annotated by experts or radiologists?
