Teison Smart Mini

Asking for help .... Has anyone setup a Teison Smart Mini? I am not sure of the correct syntax for the web socket I am entering into my charger. ws://192.168.1..23:9000 ? or 192.168.1.23:9000 or 192.168.1.23:9000/ws/c ?
has anyone connected one of these units. Seems really straight forward but no connection. (I am using 2.4 Gz wifi and the Teison app to set up charger. Connecting to wifi but not to HA???

Hi Matti, Yes I read the document, I shall try with a different router tonight. Is there a newer firmware update? Could you also sent the very latest document for OCPP use please. I would like to get this configured, I have got another charger brand to work just not my charger at home.
