Visual audit page: add 0.11 surfaces

examples/design-system-gap-showcase/index.html is the first-stop visual audit before promoting experimental components. It does not yet exercise all 0.11 surfaces.

Goal

Add menubar, navigation menu, context menu, hover card, input OTP, and composer to the static visual audit page.

Tasks

• Add sections for each 0.11 behavior-heavy component with default + one stress variant.
• Exercise light/dark token contrast for new sections.
• Keep page as visual audit only (no instructional copy per roadmap acceptance).
• Update tests/test_visual_audit_showcase.py ratchets.

Acceptance

• examples/design-system-gap-showcase/index.html renders with packaged CSS.
• uv run pytest tests/test_visual_audit_showcase.py -q passes.
