Typography improvements must be role-backed and screen-proven before becoming public token vocabulary.

Goal

Audit golden screens against typography role matrix; propose token promotions only where repeated screen evidence justifies them.

Tasks

• Audit Command Center, Review Queue, Agent Run Monitor, Lucky Cat against docs/decisions/typography-role-matrix.md.
• Record gaps: role, rhythm, measure, weight, metadata, metrics, logs.
• Propose token changes only with ≥2 screen evidence instances.
• Update docs/decisions/typography-rhythm-taste-floor.md findings.

Acceptance

• Audit documented with promote/defer decisions per role.
• No one-off polish promoted to public tokens without evidence.
