Roadmap calls for a screenshot checklist at desktop, tablet, and phone widths. Optional automation via Playwright snapshots.

Goal

Add optional Playwright snapshot ratchet for golden screens at 320/768/1280 widths.

Tasks

• Evaluate snapshot stability (font rendering, timing) before enabling in CI.
• Add snapshot tests for 1–2 golden screens as pilot.
• Document update workflow when intentional visual changes land.
• Keep out of blocking poe ci initially if flaky; run in extended browser job.

Acceptance

• Snapshot pilot exists and documents how to update baselines.
• Team decision recorded: promote to CI or stay advisory.
