Link two clocks for transitions

I would like to have an option to link two clocks, so when clock A is stopped, clock B is automatically started.

Links should not be transitive. Ex, I have these clocks: A -> B -> C.

• If I start clock A, only clock A should start
• If, when clock A is started, I start clock B, clock A should stop, Clock C should remain stopped
