multiple driver processes should coordinate (maintain GCT, etc.) to run 1 benchmark in a more scalable manner

possibly build prototype of proposed architecture in Akka http://akka.io/
create a dummy distributed driver with minimal features, but that works across the network, communicates GCT between Driver Workers, is manageable (e.g., status can be monitors, driver workers can be controlled/started/stopped, etc.) from one centralized process
if successful, investigate if single server driver implementation could be integrated into this architecture

Commits 3bbbbcb and 967cc67 tell that this will be closed as wontfix.

Has a discussion on this with @GLaDAP. This (potentially) depends on ldbc/ldbc_snb_datagen_spark#405

Closing this as a wontfix after ~9 years – this will not be implemented in the foreseeable future.
