Missing LAr instrumentation parameters

Rosannas suggestions for LAr evt tier:

• PE sum in window around t0 from [t0 -1µs, t0 +5µs]
• SiPM Multiplicity in window for PE > vals from Rosanna
• t0sipm := first hit within [t0 -1µs, t0 +5µs] with special selection coming from Rosanna
• ETC classifier: sum(pe) in [t0sipm, t0sipm + 80ns]/sum(pe) in [t0sipm -1µs, t0sipm +5µs] + special condition for e_max
• Delta t = t0 - t0sipm
• Add lar_veto flag

@rosannadeckert Could you provide the special selections for the t0sipm and the e_max condition for the ETC classifier? I have already some example code for all these parameters, this would be the last part I am missing.

• Regarding the multiplicity, for each channel, you want to select the p.e. value of the valley between the noise and the 1 p.e. peak as a threshold above you count a p.e. as 1p.e. (and thus add this channel to the multiplicity)
• t0sipm: the goal is to select the time of the start of scintillation light emission, from the singlet emission. Hence, I would set a threshold on the p.e. peak marking this start of the scintillation event. Maybe something like 1.0 or 1.5 p.e.. Ideally you would fit the scintillation light emission pdf to the event with singlet and triplet components but this is only possible for events with at least 10 p.e.. The threshold is to make sure that the event is not some afterpulse from a previous event.
• "special condition for e_max" not sure what we were referring to here
• lar_veto flag: you can use "PE sum >= 4 OR multiplicity >= 4". Check K42 suppression and K40/forced trigger survival

It would be great to add the PE sum in the [t0 -1µs, t0 +5µs] window for each channel individually, as a vector of coincident PEs.
