Add a way to ignore paths & extensions #22

Description
It would be great to have a way to ignore full paths or extensions, because I want to check tokens of my python files and whether they fit in some context windown, but as I have millions of js and html crap, the info of the context window is just... not useful.
With this feature I could ignore all crap and focus on my python and maybe yaml files to know whether they fit all in some model.
