When time is set to show as a 12-hour clock, time is still shown in a 24-hour clock when creating an event #203
Description
When creating a new event, the drop-down time selectors are shown in 24-hour clock, rather than the expected 12-hour clock. Note that once the event is created, the times are correctly displayed as AM/PM.
