`podman machine` CI test

A principal consumer of this crate is podman machine on macOS. A CI test ensuring that a podman machine boot with a patched krunkit (with changes in each PR) runs correctly would help ensure that we don't introduce any bugs with podman machine.

I would agree this is a good idea. Running the unit tests on every pull request would be good as well.

If I'm understanding the documentation correctly, since this is a free repository, GitHub-hosted macOS runners should be free?

I asked some people in the Containers org and it looks like we should be fine to add the unit tests to each PR. However, the public GitHub macOS runner doesn't allow the user of virt. So... we would have to do something like Podman does and use AWS bare metal instances (which most likely aren't cheap)
