PLDG Cohort <> go-libp2p Async Discussion

This thread is for general questions from the PLDG cohort with regard to contributions to go-libp2p: implementation questions, what to work on, etc.
We can use this as a place to discuss openly ahead of public maintainers meetings where some time can be allotted to focusing on PLDG questions.
I will share the time and meeting link for the next public meeting on here as well.

@dhuseby : This is in reference to our last meeting discussion. I have summarized the PR contributions by Cohort-2 over last month on IPFS repositories ( PRs closed & merged/waiting for review). This was discussed during weekly cohort meetings and would help plan for the go-libp2p issues to be assigned in Cohort-3. Please visit:
