Update a website via API

Description: This story is part of getting to a simple Level 1 customer usage of dweb hosting on Manifest. This story is to enable users to update their site via the hosting API. This should be able to be achieved by sending a ZIP file of the entire site and letting us unzip and deploy it. This is related to #100.

As a user, I want to update my site via API so that it is current.

• Should be able to receive a ZIP file via API.
• Should be able to unzip the file and deploy the site.
• Should be able to input the site domain.
• Should retain the SSL.
• Should present an error message if unable to deploy properly.
• Should create API documentation.
• Should be demoed.
