Description: This is v2 of work completed in #103. Basic multi-sig details are provided currently in Talib. This story is provide more of a visual timeline and information of the parties involved in the multi-sig transaction.

• Should do display who created the transaction and when.
• Should display who approved or rejected the transaction and when.
• Should display if the transaction is executed or not.
• Should be demoed.
