Gwen - Contacts

Description: This story is to create contacts in Gwen the same as they are in Alberto. This should be included in the Sandbox version of Gwen ((https://alpha-testnet-gwen.liftedinit.tech/ or https://gwen.liftedinit.app/) and could be added to the Demo version as well (https://demo-gwen.liftedinit.tech/).

As a user, I want to be able to have contacts with names so that it is quicker and easier to find known addresses.

• Should display Contacts as a menu item on the left side.
• Should have a similar design and functionality as Alberto.
• Should be persistent.
• Should be demoed.
