Allow empty light_saml_symfony_bridge.party.idp

Hi,
I've set up a tagged service (lightsaml.idp_entity_store) to provide my application with the correct idp. Thus, I don't need the party:idp section in the light_saml_symfony_bridge configuration. But if I remove it, the DefaultController complains about a missing "0" offset.
