Add x-axis tick marks for stacked line chart

The y-axis in a stacked-line chart is not necessarily meaningful (because lines are dynamically scaled based on the data), but the x-axis is. It already has grid lines, and should also have numerical (or other) labels, just as in the line chart.

May want to wait till we decide on #4
