Publish next-plaid binary

Hey,

I understand Docker is the recommended way of deploying next-plaid - however I'm dealing with an environment where I can't use Docker and am currently compiling the binary manually - which is fine.
However, seeing as the colgrep is already distributed in this way - would it be possible to also compile next-plaid as well?

Seconding that. I'm looking at a similar situation. Having a published binary, ideally even available as PyPi wheel, would resolve a huge pain point for me (in fact this is currently holding me back from deploying NextPlaid in production).
