Resizing the plugin window doesn't work properly

When resizing the plugin window weird behaviour is observed. The actually UI of the plugin appears smaller than it should be and in the bottom left corner.

This should be resolved if possible, and if not resize should be disabled (jammer dan!).

Tested in Reaper and Bitwig on OSX.
