Use command-stream instead of execSync and spawnSync

We also need to double check if there any interesting ideas at link-foundation/command-stream#4 and link-foundation/command-stream#134

I want to note, that we can support $ cd ... directly instead of adding new -c option, that seems useless in our case.

So at the moment I think the main change would be using command-stream itself.
