提测内容：

• 任务栏紧急更新，解决一些社区反馈的任务栏问题

修改内容：

• 确保嘉立创、Ghidra 等应用启动后不会导致任务栏显示该应用没有窗口
• 避免部分场景下任务栏图标错乱
• 调整应用识别逻辑，对于从深度终端（deepin-terminal）启动的图形界面应用程序（例如 gitk，deepin-dconfig-editor 等），不再应用基于 CGroup 信息的应用归属识别（即：避免从深度终端手动启动的程序的图标显示在终端上）
• 避免部分场景下任务栏潜在崩溃问题
• 其他微调

测试建议：

1. 安装并启动嘉立创，观察任务栏上的嘉立创图标指示的窗口数量是否正确
2. 安装 deepin-dconfig-editor 并在终端执行 deepin-dconfig-editor，观察新窗口是否在独立的图标中进行显示

另注：

目前通过代码优化，规避了两处可能导致任务栏图标混乱的问题。目前仍然存在一个已知问题：hover 图标时的窗口预览可能不正确，概率复现，发生时基本仅发生在企业微信、飞书上。此已知问题在上个版本也存在，此问题仍在排查中，可不阻塞本集成。
