The device has an original or compatible battery.
The charger was connected normally while the system was running.
The battery icon (Duck) is enabled in the system tray.

No power or battery management settings have been modified beyond the default settings.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE | 复现步骤
Turn on the device and boot into Deepin OS.
Connect the charger to the device.
Wait until the battery begins charging.
Monitor the battery percentage in the battery icon (Dock).
Note that the battery percentage does not reach 100% or is not displayed correctly.
Continue charging for a further period, noting that charging stops at a certain percentage.
