Button hiding without Blizzy does not take effect until game restart; causes issues with activation callbacks

Ah strange...Looks like you can unhide a button immediately but hiding one requires restarting the game.

The PR here says "Allow hiding icons when Blizzy's toolbar is not installed" So maybe that fixes this?
