Reboot vs Restart consistency  #748

Description

@nc011

Describe the bug
Very minor!

Update Manager uses "Reboot" terminology whilst Mint (or rather Cinnamon) itself uses "Restart".

I understand there is a technical difference between reboot and restart and that reboot is the command used in Terminal. However, since Update Manager is a GUI application it seems sensible for there to be consistency here and adopt the term used by the distro/desktop environment.

To Reproduce
Install an update that requires a restart/reboot.

Expected behavior
The instructions should be consistent with Mint/Cinnamon's instructions and advise the user to restart (rather than reboot)

Distribution:
Linux Mint

Software version:
5.8.4
