Project refactor with php 8

Refactor the project structure and introduce php 8 image (#3)

* Init commit

* Update entrypoint script

* Add env variable to disable init scripts

* Remove old build.sh

* Create main.yml

* Rename the workflow file

* Use relative paths

* Use context relative to the repository root

* Update the github action

* Add laravel preset
