Not all repos are appearing in category browse despite being tagged with a category

Here are the LLNL org's repos tagged with proxy-application:

But only three show up in the category browse. Why are they not being pulled in?

Almost all of them are showing now.

It looks like on that particular day, there was a temporary issue with the GitHub API that ended up leaving out many of the LLNL org repos entirely during the update. (It only gathered data from 498 repos compared to the 1000 I see today.)

These things happen once in a while, but they usually get resolved by the next day's update.

@LRWeber This issue has cropped up again. Example: https://github.com/LLNL/blt is tagged with build-tools but doesn't appear in the catalog under All Software or Build Tools. https://github.com/LLNL/CARE doesn't show up despite its portability tag.

Yes, and there are only 385 repos total showing today.
I have a fix in place. It's just waiting on a new release tag to get picked up by PyPI so our pip install can grab the update.
