窄带时静噪4 以下时静噪会失效 #174

自从 130 版本降低了静噪阈值之后，切换成窄带后，静噪 4 以下会失效。希望罗狮虎关注一下这个问题。

我也遇到了类似问题，使用的是132H固件，V段使用窄带时静噪2及2以下将无论如何都会有噪声，即使卸掉天线也会有。目前发现航空频率和144业余频率都有该问题

嗯呢，如果有时间以后采用固定阈值的静躁，就不会这样了
